Dr. Nidal Malik Hasan's Psychological Analysis - Suicidal Enforcement of Sharia Law or Workplace Violence?

On the fateful day of 5th November 2009, a raving Dr. Nidal Malik Hasan loaded up his weapons and headed to his clinic at Fort Hood. It was not the same peaceful, amiable, army psychiatrist who was popular among officers and soldiers. Au contraire, this man was wearing a pugnacious scowl, had a moonstruck glint in his eyes and was determined to die.

Hasan had been deranged by a suicidal desire to kill as many servicemen as possible. According to tenets of Sharia law, it behooves Muslims to fight and kill “infidels” who are fighting with them (Muslims).  He also believed that "Islam was brought to prevail over other religions"

“And fight in the way of Allah against those who fight with you” (2:190)
“Kill the infidels (non-Muslims) wherever you find them” (9:5)

It was readily apparent that the individuals killed or injured by Nidal were “infidels”, as they were being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in order to ostensibly “fight with Muslims”. Ergo, it was incumbent upon Hassan to “fight” them and kill as many fellow soldiers as he could.

In his confessional statement, Dr. Nidal said: “I, Nidal Malik Hasan, am compelled to renounce any oaths of allegiances that require me to support/defend (any - sic) man made constitution (like the constitution of the United States) over the commandments mandated in Islam ... I therefore formally renounce my oath of office ... this includes my oath of U.S. citizenship.”

It is worthy of note that Dr. Nidal is not the first Jihadist who divested himself of US citizenship. Adam Yahiye Gadahn, another senior Jihadist from Oregon, renounced his citizenship in 2008. Are Jihadists realizing that their US citizenship is inimical to their interests and Sharia laws is diametrically incongruent to US constitution?

Alas, it was a day of infamy for all of us. A day on which a thought reformed man, widely venerated as an accomplished psychiatrist, succumbed to his own seemingly unfathomable, irremediable, psychological disorders and went on a killing spree. A day on which a decorated officer suddenly morphed into a diehard jihadist who had nothing but veritable contempt for human life, US constitution, US Army oath of enlistment and American values. So far, more than $4 M have been expended on the trial of this man (this amount includes $291,000 which were paid to Dr. Nidal Malik Hasan after 5th November 2009 and a considerable sum of $2.1 M was paid to the legal team dedicated solely to Hasan’s case). On the other hand, it seems that this man has achieved all of his objectives. He killed and maimed a number of our troops who were about to be deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan, impelled our govt to waste tax payer’s money on his case and succeeded in getting death penalty. He is now calmly awaiting his death so he can reap the promised rewards in the afterlife (including Jannat and curvaceous women of paradise).  No one can cure or castigate a suicidal man by sentencing him to death. In actual fact, such actions are only going to spawn more suicidal radicals.

We are indubitably the richest nation on this planet but even a wealthy nation like us can ill-afford to lose $4+ M and several trained soldiers for every Jihadist infiltrator. We clearly need a more effective and economical approach for weeding out these double agents or we will unwittingly continue serving the interests of this pernicious coterie.

Ariel Castro’s Psychological Analysis - A Psychopath or A Criminal? Or Both?

Seeing the victims’ photos on the cover of each major of newspapers, confounding reports peddled by TV channels, public out rage and feigned sympathy from government for ill fated victims left me astounded. No one is thinking how to prevent this gruesome act from occurring again. Ariel Castro knew the consequences of his criminal wrongdoings when he saw the fate of Jaycee Lee Dugard’s abductor Phillip Craig Garrido who was slapped with life imprisonment. Did he decide to hide and run from getting caught? No, infact he abducted two more victims. Is our criminal justice system designed to deter the criminal from committing crimes? Or is it just another leech feeding itself on the tax payers’dinero? Are the law makers interested in protecting children from these predators? Are the psychologists interested in identifying these psychopaths before they morph into a public threat? Is it a conspiracy to make money unremittingly from future victims?

Let us not forget that victims include children in this case!!

I am flabbergasted. To what depths of greed some humans can sink in order to satiate their fetish for money and a lavish life. It is time to stand up for the victims. Though my efforts are nothing but a drop in the ocean, I am doing my part by studying Ariel Castro how he preyed on his victims as a bus driver of children to gain the trust of not only school administration but of his potential victims’ parents as well. I have prepared a questionnaire comprising 19 questions for the bus drivers of all schools (public as well as private). Test will be absolutely free for all school systems of counties and cities all across America. It will test adults’ predisposition to pedophilia. A small one time or recurring donation of $5 will  help us continue our research on improving the effectiveness of our tests and protecting the future of America from the diabolical predators lurking around your home for the next prey. If you like to receive my updates, tweets or research reports a one time or recurring donation of $5 will be appreciated

Boston Tragedy Suspects - Psychopaths or Radicals?

On May 4th, late in the evening around 7:45 PM, I entered in a local gym to remedy my mental lethargy and physical stress brought on by a long day at work. After 40 minutes of a strenuous workout, primarily comprised of treadmill sprints and calisthenics, I spent some time using spa facility. Then I headed to the men’s locker-rooms for a shower before submitting to my growing lassitude and returning home.

I tried to ignore loud chatter of some rumbunctious teenage boys, running back and forth to the pool, splashing water at each other like some animals which have been let out of cage by mistake. I resisted the urge to report them to the evening facility manager, who himself was struggling to stay awake.

I was not able to ignore their banter. One of them looked older than the other and their confabulation quickly revealed that they had descended from the same pair of parents. The older one asked his younger brother “So did you go for prayers with Abba (father) on Friday? Before hearing his sibling’s response, he admitted "I did not go with him - I pretended I had to be at school”. After a brief pause the younger brother spluttered “I could not make any excuse, he dragged me along with him, stating it is mandatory to save you from the rest of the world bound to perish in Dozukh (hell)".

Older brother brayed with laughter. “Is he trying to convert you into a Jihadi?”. The younger brother quietly responded: “Not sure, Abba says Jihad is our fundamental birth right and the only way to distinguish ourselves from the pigs eaters (an obvious reference to Jews and Hindus) and Yahudees (Jews) as the Imam in the mosque always emphasizes.

I could not help looking at the faces of those boys. Older boy was around 14-15 years old and had a naughty but naïve mien and the countenance of younger brother was like an angel’s. Their discussion left me startled.

I could not resist juxtaposing them with Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the brothers who were respectively killed and captured as Boston bombing suspects. Will the destiny of these boys be same 15 years from today? Will they exercise their “fundamental rights” as explained by misguided parents and nihilistic Imams? Will they ever appreciate the difference between reality and delusion? Who will be at fault if they morph into remorseless killing machines? Is the pubic safe around the boys raised with these beliefs? Does a father, mother or any other elder have the right to exercise his religious beliefs, as granted by the constitution, by indoctrinating children into embracing violence against certain groups? Is there a solution?

A ten years old child's mother took him to a psychologist and alleged "I don’t understand this child he never listens to me" Psychologist repeated her words, "you don’t understand him because he never listens to you, right?" Mother retorted "that is right" the psychologist repeated again the same question "you don't understand him only because he never listens to you, right?" A visibly irate mother scowled at the psychologist “Why are you repeating the same question again and again?” The psychologist calmly replied: "I thought to understand someone you have to listen to them"

Then embarrassed mother responded "Oh I understand now"
